Jean-Luc Terrier and Christian Collovray were childhood friends from the village of Davayé in the
Maconnais. Not only did they go into business together as the owners of the Domaine des Deux Roches,
but they also married into the same family. Ten years ago, they branched out beyond the reaches of the Macon.
and bought a single estate on the 125 acre Château d'Antugnac, located 50 kilometers south of
Carcassonne in the foothills of the Pyrenées. The Domaine's vines (half white, half red) are planted on slopes at 500
meters, on very meagre, shallow clay-limestone soil.
Beginning in 2002, the domaine began a radial replanting, placing narrow rows of vines with large density planting. Of the 56 hectares, 40 have been torn up and replanted.
Antugnac Chardonnay: A large part of the grapes are from localities where old vines are planted on south-facing hillsides chosen for their low depth and clay and calcareous soil. The wine is vinified and aged entirely in stainless tanks to conserve fruit and freshness. This is a stunning

Languedoc Chardonnay which capitalizes on the warmth of the region to end up with a wine of finesse, full of fruit and with a crisp acidity.
Antugnac Pinot Noir: The wine is aged in new oak barrels for 8-10 months. It has a very expressive nose with delicate floral and spice notes as well as red fruits. In the mouth, it has a silky finesse with a long finish.
Antugnac Pinot Noir Cote Pierre Lys: A beautiful Pinot Noir with a taste of cherries. It has a fruity freshness which makes it easy to drink.
